Incorporated in 2018, Charmaine Warren and Joyce (CWJ) Association, a non-profit registered in the State of New York, in the United States of America was created with the purpose of carrying out charitable endeavors in the District of O'Meally, St. Catherine, Jamaica WI.

Run by a volunteer board, this non-profit was created as an homage to long time residents and respected community contributors, with special consideration of Adella (Mum) Edwards, Llewllyn Percival (LP) Downer, and Sylveneta (Nez) Edwards-Downer.

CWJ Association provides medical & healthcare treatment, as well as educational and nutritional assistance for marginalized and underpriviledged youth and elderly community members of O'Meally District, St. Catherine, Jamaica WI in addition to lobby and intercession services regarding road repair and construction.
